Job Summary

Customer Service Representative (Spanish-speaking) Airline Industry
Lisbon Portugal (On-site)

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support passengers in the airline this role you will help travelers manage bookings resolve issues and create a smooth customer journey.

What Youll Do

  • Manage flight bookings (create modify cancel)

  • Support customers via phone and email

  • Assist with VIP services and PRM (reduced mobility) requests

  • Handle claims related to delays strikes or cancellations

  • Provide accurate real-time travel information

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish (C1) written and spoken

  • Strong communication and empathy skills

  • Previous experience with GDS tools (Amadeus Galileo Sabre) is a plus

  • Background in customer service or travel/tourism preferred
