We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support passengers in the airline this role you will help travelers manage bookings resolve issues and create a smooth customer journey.
Manage flight bookings (create modify cancel)
Support customers via phone and email
Assist with VIP services and PRM (reduced mobility) requests
Handle claims related to delays strikes or cancellations
Provide accurate real-time travel information
Fluent Spanish (C1) written and spoken
Strong communication and empathy skills
Previous experience with GDS tools (Amadeus Galileo Sabre) is a plus
Background in customer service or travel/tourism preferred
