Excellent understanding of GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies
Should have good knowledge and have experience in Radio Network improvements
Identify the network issues and analysis of the degraded KPIs and action plan to be implemented for improvement
Continuous improvement in the network performance indicators
Must have good understanding of Ericsson parameters
Must have good knowledge of Ericsson KPIs formula
Must have good knowledge of Network features
Must have good knowledge of BO/BI MO Shell and ENM
Be able to study and implement new features in the network as per customer requirement
Implements network optimization solutions and propose solutions accordance with customer complaints
Must have experience of network optimization for event assurances
Should be good at transferring knowledge to other junior team members
Ownership and readiness to dedicate as per the requirement of the network and customer
10 years of experience as Radio Frequency optimization engineer
