Main Duties:
- Manage and coordinate schedules calendars and appointments
- Manage all management correspondence
- Order and manage office supplies ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Schedule and prepare meetings including agendas minutes and follow-ups
- Organize travel arrangements accommodation and itineraries
- Help plan and run brand events and conferences when required
- Maintain confidential records and contact lists
- Prepare reports spreadsheets and documentation as needed
- Process purchase requests and assist with ad hoc projects
- Provide seasonal administrative support particularly during the Christmas period
- Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a professional and positive environment
What skills do you need
- Minimum of O Level education or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an asset
- Basic IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
