Job Summary

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules calendars and appointments
  • Manage all management correspondence
  • Order and manage office supplies ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Schedule and prepare meetings including agendas minutes and follow-ups
  • Organize travel arrangements accommodation and itineraries
  • Help plan and run brand events and conferences when required
  • Maintain confidential records and contact lists
  • Prepare reports spreadsheets and documentation as needed
  • Process purchase requests and assist with ad hoc projects
  • Provide seasonal administrative support particularly during the Christmas period
  • Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a professional and positive environment

What skills do you need

  • Minimum of O Level education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an asset
  • Basic IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexible reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
