What success looks like in this role:
Implement and coordinate global mobility operations ensuring compliance with immigration tax and company policies. Support international assignments and relocations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide a consistent and compliant mobility experience. Must have experience with U.S. Immigration including but not limited to auditing labor condition applications and public access files reviewing requests for L-1 qualification under managerial and specialized knowledge and permanent resident processes including PERM and EB-1 2 and 3 I-140s.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. H-1B L-1 PERM I-140.
