What Youll Do:
- Support customers with empathy and accuracy
- Investigate account issues and content reports
- Advocate for community safety and product understanding

What You Bring:
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
- A solutions-driven mindset and love for helping others
- Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided)
Relocation Package:
Weve got you covered if youre relocating from another EU country:
- 2 Weeks Hotel Accommodation
- Flight Ticket (within the EU)
- Airport Pickup
- Real Estate Agency Fee Covered
Work-At-Home (WAH) Info:
- If relocating WAH location: Athens
- If already in Greece WAH from anywhere in the country
What Youll Get:
- Base Salary: 1300 gross/month x 14 times per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to 250 EUR gross/month
