Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly support to Swedish-speaking customers.

Understand customer needs and deliver clear effective solutions.

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Follow company policies and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements

Swedish: Native or C2 level (spoken & written).

English: B2 level for internal communication.

No previous experience required full training provided.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Willingness to relocate to Greece or already living in the country.

EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization.
