Job Description

About the Role:

As a Sales Representative youll play a key role in creating outstanding customer experiences while driving revenue growth. Youll be on the front lines of our sales efforts identifying opportunities building relationships and closing deals that deliver value for both our customers and our company.

What Youll Do:

Are you motivated by results and passionate about helping others succeed In this role you will:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls research and social media engagement.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs challenges and goals uncovering opportunities for our solutions.
  • Deliver compelling outreach via calls emails and digital platforms to establish strong first impressions and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Build credibility and trust guiding prospects through the sales funnel with personalized attention.
  • Close new business opportunities while also upselling and cross-selling to existing clients strengthening relationships and driving additional value.

What You Bring:

  • 1 year of hands-on sales experience (business development lead generation account management or similar).
  • Proven success in prospecting qualifying and closing opportunities as well as upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and engage prospects across multiple channels.
  • Skilled in identifying customer pain points addressing objections and positioning tailored solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and stakeholders across departments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools with confidence in leveraging them to optimize your workflow.
