About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Athens Greece.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone email and chat. Whether handling inquiries solving technical issues or providing after-sales support youll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries from Italian-speaking clients via phone email or chat.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian (native or C1 level) and English (B2 or higher).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Must be based in Athens or willing to relocate to Greece.
