As a Customer Success Account Manager youll be at the heart of client relationshipsguiding them to maximize the value of our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

What Youll Be Doing:

On a typical day you will:

  • Identify and engage prospects to understand their needs tailoring product recommendations that drive results and revenue.
  • Research customer contracts and history using tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases that showcase value.
  • Manage your sales pipeline with accuracy providing clear progress updates and forecasts to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve challenges expand adoption and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Cultivate long-term trusted relationships by advising customers on how to achieve their business goals with our solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal).
  • 1 years of outbound sales experience with a strong focus on prospecting lead qualification negotiation and closing.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling cross-selling and generating new business opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.
  • Proven ability to identify decision-makers uncover customer needs and build strong value propositions across phone email and social media.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with a track record of hitting (and exceeding) daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate customer data and market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Confidence presenting to and advising C-suite executives.
