Position:
Urgent Hiring: German & French Conversion & Retention Agents
About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and skilled Conversion & Retention Agents to join our dynamic team in Cyprus. You will be responsible for engaging with clients converting leads and maintaining long-term customer relationships in German and French markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via calls chats and emails
- Convert inquiries into successful sales or account activations
- Retain customers through excellent service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service sales or retention roles
- Fluent in German and French (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and work independently
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate (relocation at own expense)
