The ideal candidate is a motivated organized and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships identify business opportunities and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

- Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of staffing services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business.
- Generate leads through networking cold calling and client referrals.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate job descriptions and client expectations to recruiters.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
- Provide regular updates to management on market conditions and client feedback.
- Promote the companys staffing solutions through marketing campaigns and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Mediate any disputes between clients and employees ensuring smooth operations.
Location: Etobicoke ON
Start time: 9 am
Monday to Friday
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
