Job Summary:

Are you an ambitious go-getter whothrives on the thrill of the chase Do you have a natural ability to connectwith people and build relationships quickly If youre hungry for success andeager to learn we want you on our team as a Business Development Associate(BDA) at Entripy Custom Clothing.

This is a commission-onlyindependent contractor role reporting directly to the Sr. National SalesDirector. Youll play a critical part in driving our growth by identifying andqualifying new business opportunities generating leads and helping closedeals.


Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for New Business: Proactivelyseek out opportunities through cold calling email campaigns networking andsocial media outreach.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess potentialclients needs and align them with Entripys products and services.
  • Schedule Meetings: Organize andprepare client-related documents reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside oursales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to expand into newmarkets.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meetand exceed lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Report Progress: Provide weeklyupdates on all sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship Builder: Able to connect with prospects and build trustquickly.
  • Resilient & Persistent: Comfortable with rejection and motivated bychallenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software email and social mediaprospecting.
  • Team-Oriented: Thrives in collaboration but capable of workingindependently.
  • Disciplined: Able to maintain consistently high levels of salesactivity.

Compensation:

  • This role is 100%commission-based. Your earnings potential is directly tied to your results.
  • Independent Contractor position(not an employee role).
