Introduction
Can you work independently have an eye for detail and are you passionate about improving the quality of services in adult health and social care If you answered Yes then we need you in our team to monitor assess and evaluate the quality of care across a range of private voluntary and public sector organisations.
Whats the role
Working on behalf of a range of client groups living at home or in residential care or supported living you will be responsible for highlighting areas of good practice making recommendations on service improvements and addressing provider underperformance. You will ensure that the user experience is at the centre of the quality monitoring and assurance process.

You will be committed to improving the lives of adults with health and social care needs with a focus on improving outcomes quality of life and promoting independence. You will be skilled in gathering analysing and interpreting evidence of service delivery using your own observations and professional judgement to recognise when there are issues with quality. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in giving challenging and constructive advice and support on service performance.
Location
The job is primarily based inLaurence House Catford SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special conditions
You may be required to visit and assess services outside regular office hours.

Salary
44235.00 - 45852.00 per annum (P01)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale) which is subject to evidential proof.
