TES Staffing in partnership with a large school districtis seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Support Specialist to support a high-profile district-wide Oracle Cloud transition. Reports directly to a Technology Supervisor with expertise in Oracle and district operations.
Partners closely with HRl Finance Payroll and other Oracle Cloud stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day Oracle Cloud user support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensure payroll HR and finance processes run accurately and on time.
Support testing validation and rollout of new system fixes and enhancements.
Track and document issues escalating when necessary.
Deliver training and guidance to end users for smoother adoption.
Collaborate with district staff vendors and community partners to align system improvements with organizational needs.
Assist with departmental program administration including monitoring evaluation and compliance reporting.
Supervise project staff and manage workflow when required.
You meet one of the following education/experience pathways:
Option A: Masters in Behavioral Sciences Human Services Public/Business Administration Public Health or related field 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience.
Option B: Bachelors in one of the above fields 3 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).
Option C: Bachelors in any field 4 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).
Option D: Equivalent combination of training and experience.
Additional Skills We Value:
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (HR Finance or Payroll modules preferred).
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Clear communicatorable to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with public sector or education settings is a plus.
Must receive clearance from the New York State Education Department
Temporary 10-month full-time appointment (with potential for renewal or extension).
