Information Technology Assistant

The Information Technology Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the information technology department at Vivo Infusion. This position involves providing administrative support to the information technology department managing documentation managing physical access systems and assisting with other tasks assigned. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

$22 - $22.50 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

Management of physical access systems across the company.
Update documentation.
Generate reports and track KPIs.
Manage and report on IT equipment PAR levels.
IT asset intake processing and recording.
Perform quarterly system user access audits.
Provide high level of customer support.

Additional Role Responsibilities:

Assist with various projects.
Attend necessary meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information while adhering to HIPPA guidelines and policies.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent (required).
Must demonstrate outstanding professional effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess typing and computer skills.
Able to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This role requires travel (5%) to Vivo clinics in Colorado. The person in this position must be able to operate and drive a vehicle to work sites.

The employee is frequently required to sit stand kneel bend crouch or crawl lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to sit stand; walk and talk and hear. Requires excellent visual dexterity and manual dexterity may occasionally install cables or equipment in tight physical environments.
