Financial Assistant Our well-established and growing financial firm in Harrisburg PA is seeking to add an experienced Licensed Financial Assistant to the Team! The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business. Requirements: - Insurance license required (or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word & Power point)
- Knowledge of CRM a plus
- Strong organizational communication prioritization & interpersonal skills
- College degree & 1 years of financial services experience preferred
Responsibilities: - Prepare and process paperwork needed for client meetings
- Assist advisors with meeting individual and team goals
- Answer incoming calls
- Follow up processing paperwork until policy is issued
- Assist clients with client service needs
- Send and receive correspondence from clients
- Submit & track client service requests
- Basic understanding of investment products used & recommended for clients
- Be a cooperative team player
Salary: - Starting salary $50000- $60000 based on experience & licensing
