Job Overview
An established emergency department in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team. This is a high-volume setting offering a consistent schedule competitive compensation and a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a fast-paced emergency department
Work independently and as part of a team alongside physicians and other APPs
Utilize Epic EMR to chart and manage patient data
Maintain high standards of care in a Level IV Trauma setting

Schedule
Providers cover one of the following 10-hour shifts:

8:00 AM 6:00 PM
12:00 PM 10:00 PM
6:00 PM 4:00 AM

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based emergency medicine experience
Active Texas license or ability to obtain
Required Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS
Ability to manage a diverse patient population in a high-acuity setting

1099 independent contractor model
