Job Summary

Dealership F & I Manager

AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

We want someone who has exemplary communication customer service and listening skills. Someone who establishes maintains and values impeccable relationships with the entire team our lenders and most importantly ensures every customer contact is an engaging excellent experience.

You should understand and comply with federal and state regulatory/compliance requirements have a minimum of three years in automotive finance management and preferably Dealertrack experience.

Automotive Finance/F&I Manager Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service.

Secure Bank Financing / Leasing for new and used vehicles

Have a firm understanding of all leasing requirements and products

Ability to sell ancillary products including Service Contracts GAP etc.

Evaluate credit reports.

Work closely with lenders and have strong influence in securing loan approvals.

Accurately complete and submit all financing paperwork to finance sources.

Prepare and review daily and monthly reports.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

Be skilled in ALL post sale deal closing paperwork bundling.

Current with compliance and continue compliancy training

Secure all funding and funding requirements

High Level knowledge of titling and all title related documents

Automotive Finance/F&I Manager Requirements include but are not limited to:

A valid Drivers license

An eager outgoing personality.

Self-motivation and a desire for success.

Strong desire to work with people.

Be a team player.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
