Were looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Team Leader to join a team in Scarborough on a fixed-term basis for 12-15 Months.
In this role youll lead a small but dedicated client care team ensuring our customers receive the very best experience from the moment they join us right through to renewal.
As a hands-on leader youll bring energy resilience and the ability to support your team through challenges while keeping standards high.
Some of the key Senior Client Services responsibilities are:
- Lead mentor and support a team of client care and support staff
- Hold weekly team meetings monthly one-to-ones and performance reviews to drive development and maintain high standards
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture that reflects our values
- Oversee client journeys ensuring consistent processes and quality assurance from onboarding through to renewal
- Attend client events to support your team and strengthen client relationships
- Drive the collection of testimonials case studies and online reviews to support marketing and sales activity
- Monitor customer satisfaction surveys implement improvement plans and work towards achieving business KPIs
You must be an experienced people manager with a proven ability to get the best out of a team and come from a strong customer service background with a natural drive for continuous improvement and delivering excellence.
This will be working Monday to Friday 9am5pm earning a salary between depending on experience.
