Job Summary
Peer Coach
Locations: Phoenix Peoria & Deer Valley AZ
Were hiring a Peer Coach to support individuals in recovery by sharing lived experience promoting independence and guiding members toward successful community re-entry.
What Youll Do:
Provide one-on-one peer support & group activities
Assist with daily living recovery goals and relapse prevention
Encourage job readiness social skills & community connections
Collaborate with treatment team & document progress
Provide transportation and support activities as needed
What Youll Bring:
HS diploma/GED (behavioral health education/experience preferred)
Certified Peer Recovery & Support Specialist (preferred)
CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certs (required)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Must be 21 with background TB drug/alcohol and MVR clearance
Work Setting: Outpatient clinical environment with some community-based activities.
Use your experience to inspire hope and recovery.
