As a Business Development Coordinator youll be the friendly voice and trusted connection for our service customers:
Handle inbound calls & make outbound appointment reminders
Reach out for service needs (recalls recommended services special orders declined work etc.)
Respond to service leads by phone text and email
Connect with customers identify their needs & build trust
Update and manage the ServiceCRM
Book and reschedule service appointments in line with manufacturer guidelines
Help customers by directing them to the right person or department
Stay sharp with training & industry knowledge
Add value share successes and grow as part of a winning team
Were seeking a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment:
Strong communication & customer service skills (a must!)
Goal-oriented self-motivated and adaptable
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Prior BDC call center sales or customer service experience preferred
Eager to learn grow and contribute to a positive team culture
