Deine Aufgaben

End-to-End Betreuung:Begleite Deine Kunden von der Erstansprache bis zum erfolgreichen Transaktionsabschluss
Deal Sourcing:Akquiriere erstklassige Residential-Objekte fr unsere nationalen und internationalen Investoren
Marktexpertise:Erstelle fundierte Markt- und Objektanalysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage
Verhandlungsfhrung:Begleite komplexe Verkaufs- und Kaufverhandlungen strategisch
Prsentation:Bereite berzeugende Vermarktungsunterlagen auf und prsentiere diese professionell
Internationale Zusammenarbeit:Arbeite eng mit unseren Teams in Deutschland und weltweit zusammen
Relationship Management:Baue langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflege bestehende Kontakte

Dein Profil

Ausbildung:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder
Abschluss als Immobilienkonom (w/m/d)

Erfahrung:
Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich
Idealerweise Expertise im Verkauf von Wohnobjekten
Nachweisbarer Track-Record im Investment-Bereich
Regionale Ortskenntnisse von Vorteil

Kompetenzen:
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Immobilienspezifische Software von Vorteil
Ausgeprgte Akquisitionsstrke und Kundenorientierung
Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfhigkeiten
