HSHS and Prevea Health are actively seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our inpatient/acute care or outpatient therapy teams.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are patient-focused and mission-driven with a passion for improving lives through high-quality care.

Position Specifics:
Department Options: Inpatient/Acute Care or Outpatient Therapy
Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
Schedule Options: Full-time Part-time and PRN (as needed) Day shift
Locations: Green Bay area and Kewaunee WI locations available
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15000 (varies by role location and FTE)
Compensation: Competitive and aligned with experience

Outpatient Specialties Include:
Vestibular Rehab Orthopedics Sports Medicine Womens & Mens Health Health & Wellness Programs and more.

Inpatient/Acute Care Collaboration With:
Multispecialty physician teams in Pediatrics ICU Cardiovascular Orthopedics Neurology General Medicine and Trauma Care.

Education Qualifications

  • Graduate (e.g. bachelors master or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • N/A

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
  • Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
