Tradebyte the leading integrator for Fashion & Lifestyle brands across Europe and an independent company within the Zalando Group is looking for a motivated Working Student to support the Ecosystem team.

As working student in the Ecosystem team you are responsible for:

• Assist with data collection cleaning and preparation for analysis.
• Conduct basic data analysis and visualisation to support project objectives.
• Internal reporting
• Support for commercial and marketing topics
• Project observation stakeholder communication
• Owning and driving (parts of) smaller projects
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Supporting business stakeholders with ad-hoc questions on internalperformance external partner/business development efforts.

Core Tasks:

• Analysis and interpretation of relevant data in our field
• Preparation and presentation of results further planning of follow ups
• Support in preparation and planning for all commercial topics (data tracking forecasting) and related fields
• Overall project observation (deadlines stakeholder) marketing activities.

• Building a transparent and scalable reporting and analysis structure including the main KPIs and data for further business steering and planning.
• Successful realisation of (small) projects within the Ecosystem

Critical Incident / Challenges

• Internal consolidation of Ecosystem-relevant topics as well as prioritisation and steering of them
• (Support of) cross-departmental project management of Ecosystem topics
• Creating full transparency about the progress of initiatives at any given point in time and permanent measuring against the goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program (Business Management Economics or similar) in Germany
• Strong interest in E-commerce or SaaS
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Proactive curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
