Job Summary

Manage and analyze the commission structures for external/internal partners.
Monitor and optimize the daily working funds allocated to partners.
Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds and incentives.

Conduct indepth business performance analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance dashboards using tools like Excel Power BI and SQL.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to present actionable insights that support strategic growth.

Leverage strategic instruments and business analysis methodologies to improve organizational effectiveness.
Apply datadriven approaches to solve business problems and enhance revenue opportunities.
Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to current analytical tools and processes.

Explore master and maintain proficiency in technical tools such as:

Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables macros)
Power BI (data modeling visualization DAX)
SQL (queries joins data extraction)

Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve reporting and analysis efficiency.

Serve as a liaison between business development and partner teams to ensure alignment on fund usage and business strategies.
Support partners with datadriven insights and ensure transparency in performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business administration Finance Economics Information Systems or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of business development functions financial principles and data analytics.
Proficiency in Excel Power BI SQL and other analytical tools.
Excellent problemsolving critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
