Job Summary

  • Manage and analyze the commission structures for external/internal partners.
  • Monitor and optimize the daily working funds allocated to partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds and incentives.
  • Conduct indepth business performance analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance dashboards using tools like Excel Power BI and SQL.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to present actionable insights that support strategic growth.
  • Leverage strategic instruments and business analysis methodologies to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Apply datadriven approaches to solve business problems and enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to current analytical tools and processes.
  • Explore master and maintain proficiency in technical tools such as:
    • Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables macros)
    • Power BI (data modeling visualization DAX)
    • SQL (queries joins data extraction)
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve reporting and analysis efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between business development and partner teams to ensure alignment on fund usage and business strategies.
  • Support partners with datadriven insights and ensure transparency in performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Finance Economics Information Systems or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of business development functions financial principles and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel Power BI SQL and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
