Job Summary

Tasks

Handle end-to-end import and export operations including customs clearance documentation duties & taxes management and transport coordination.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements.
Negotiate with freight forwarders shipping lines and other logistics providers to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Monitor and optimize supply chain performance to reduce delays risks and costs.
Support inventory management by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
Collaborate with finance sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and problem resolution.
Monitor and control logistics expenses returns and duties/taxes and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations and compliance with legal regulations. Support the implementation of logistics projects and regional initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management International Trade or related field.
35 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations preferably in an international company.
Solid knowledge of customs procedures Incoterms and international shipping practices.
Strong negotiation communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
Excellent speaking and writing in Turkish and English languages
