Job Description

Tasks
- Handle end-to-end import and export operations including customs clearance documentation duties & taxes management and transport coordination.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders shipping lines and other logistics providers to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain performance to reduce delays risks and costs.
- Support inventory management by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with finance sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and problem resolution.
- Monitor and control logistics expenses returns and duties/taxes and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations and compliance with legal regulations. Support the implementation of logistics projects and regional initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management International Trade or related field.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations preferably in an international company.
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures Incoterms and international shipping practices.
- Strong negotiation communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
- Excellent speaking and writing in Turkish and English languages
