𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 10 years experience in senior financial management roles with at least 5 years at executive level.
Proven track record in financial services lending or related industries will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance risk management and governance frameworks.
Exceptional leadership analytical and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspective.
