Job Summary

This role is perfect for someone with a hands-on attitude keen to learn and develop their technical skills while supporting a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily maintenance of machinery equipment and facility infrastructure
Carry out routine inspections and basic repairs under the supervision of senior technicians
Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in maintenance areas
Adhere to health and safety protocols and company policies
Accurately complete maintenance logs and reports
Provide on-call or emergency support when required
Requirements:
Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in a maintenance or engineering environment
Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory setting
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Flexible and able to work shifts or overtime as required
