Job Summary

Your responsibilities will center on executing tasks within larger projects such as tracking schedules coordinating team members preparing progress reports and managing project documentation. Youll also assist with monitoring workflows ensuring deadlines are met and helping maintain alignment between technical teams and business objectives. This position offers significant opportunities to develop new skills gain exposure to green development and continuous improvement practices and gradually take on more responsibilities providing a clear pathway for career growth into a future management role.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator a Junior PM or a technician/engineer.
Previous experience working in a technical environment will be advantageous.
Proficiency with task management or project software (Trello Asana MS Planner).
Strong skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets for organizing data and tracking lists.
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelors Degree
Foundational certificate like CAPM (certified Associate in Project Management) or diploma in project management is ideal
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
