Job Summary
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Plant Engineer to be based at a Refinery in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Optimize Plant Maintenance: Oversee the SAP Planned maintenance system to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of plant operations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all statutory inspections and risk assessments.
- Project and Budget oversight: Develop and execute capital and renewal plans manage engineering projects.
- Team and process development: Lead develop and manage engineering staff through motivation discipline and clear work procedures.
- Governance and Procurement: Ensure compliance with corporate procurement practices and governance standards across all engineering activities.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Sc. / Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- GCC Mines and Works
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa
- 3 years appointed Engineer 2.13.1 as per the Mine Health and Safety Act
- Valid Drivers License
