GeneralManager - 50k plus bonus
Were looking for a General Manager with fresh food experience for the Bull in Ditchling. The perfect candidate has a track record of working in a food destination site is passionate about delivering a great guest experience and has a fantastic operational mind. They will be happy being the face of the business and as comfortable interacting with the regulars at the bar as they are running food-lead events and a busy Sunday Service. Experience working as a General Manager in a fresh food site is essential.
Running a Pub for Youngs:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do what theteam uniform is and look after all your own recruitment and you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experiencethen we want to hear from you.
