**Job Title: Hospital Valet Supervisor**
**Location:**Grand Rapids
**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Position Summary:**
As a Hospital Valet Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our valet services. This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will oversee a team of valet attendants ensuring efficient and safe valet services while maintaining a professional and courteous environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead the valet team providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of valet services including scheduling and task assignments.
- Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles and guests adhering to hospital procedures and protocols.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism striving to resolve issues effectively.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
- Conduct team training sessions to reinforce safety practices and service excellence.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports records and budgets as required.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality .
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferably within a valet hospitality or healthcare environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and felony free.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
