Position Summary:
Assesses plans organizes directs coordinates and implements educational school services to meet standards and regulations of the organization and accrediting agencies. Evaluates the schools and services provided in accordance with the mission of Memorial Medical Center. Skilled at meeting age specific needs of the patient (neonate to geriatric).

Doctoral Degree in Nursing Education or Nursing Practice OR a Masters of Science Degree in Nursing with a major in nursing education with a commitment to obtain Doctoral Degree in Nursing Education or Nursing Practice within 5 years.
A minimum of three years administrative experience in nursing education.
A minimum of five years experience in teaching and curriculum development.
A minimum of two years in direct patient care as a professional nurse.
Current license as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Membership in the National League for Nursing.
Membership in professional organizations.
Skilled in curriculum development and implementation.
Knowledge of ethical and legal aspects of education.
