Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicatedNon-Surgical Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitionerto join our growing team in Ocala FL. This role focuses on outpatient cardiology care supporting patients with cardiovascular conditions through diagnosis treatment planning and follow-up care in collaboration with supervising cardiologists.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care under physician supervision.
Conduct physical exams obtain medical histories and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions (e.g. hypertension hyperlipidemia heart failure).
Adjust pacemaker settings and interpret electrocardiograms.
Supervise and interpret nuclear and treadmill stress tests.
Provide post-procedural follow-up and anticoagulation therapy management.
Assist with or independently perform minor in-office procedures.
Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Participate in call coverage and occasional evening/weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications Education & Experience
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
Minimum 3 years of RN experience in a cardiology setting.

Licensure & Certifications
Current Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license.
Board Certification as an ARNP.
American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
