Job Description

Order Taking Specialist (Water Treatment Division) Maternity Leave Replacement

Grundfos is looking for a precise and customer-oriented professional to take on the role ofOrder Taking Specialistwithin theInternal Sales (Back Office Italy)team of theWater Treatmentdivision.
This position is essential to ensure accurate and timely order entry support commercial operations and deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce) to manage orders and customer interactions.
  • At Grundfos Water Treatment Italy we are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented resource to join theBack Office Order Italyteam.
  • In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of orders mainly public tenders from Italian customers for theBU SWP and for the entireOrder to Cash (OTC)process.
  • You will manage reports and controls to support the Sales teams activities.
  • Register requests complaints and sales-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve company objectives and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide post-sales support.
  • Participate in ad hoc activities and projects assigned by the manager.

  • Ensure quick responses and timely actions to maintain the flow of the sales process.
  • Keep order confirmations accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Technical commercial or administrative diploma or equivalent professional experience.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in order management or customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge ofMicrosoft ExcelandSAP CRM(essential).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).

Reporting & Collaboration
