How Youll Make an Impact
Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate customer and order information
Review and confirm service documentation in SAP
Facilitate communication between field and production teams to support AR reduction
Manage commercial operations to ensure timely payments
Confirm product schedules shipments and on-time delivery of materials
Provide administrative support for turnkey and service projects
Communicate directly with customers regarding updates scheduling and documentation
Resolve customer disputes and ensure successful project close-out
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines
Your Background
PMP Certified or in process
Over 5 years of experience in Electrical Substation/Transformer Project Management
Knowledge of P&C Transformers (Oil & Dry Type) MV & LV Switchgear Battery Banks Generator Systems ATS
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to interpret contracts specifications budgets and scope of work
Understanding of transformers their function operation and repair. LTC is a bonus.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
