Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Environmental Project Manager:
- Provide technical oversight and perform project work.
- Write and review technical reports and proposals.
- Assist with project management activities.
- Mentor and train scientific staff and supervise work.
- Actively develop your own career growth.
What were looking for:
- BS in Geology Hydrogeology Environmental Science or other related field.
- 5-7 years of experience with environmental services including site investigation and characterization including drilling and environmental multi-media sampling techniques and procedures data interpretation and evaluation.
- Experience in the preparation of technical and regulatory reports proposals and cost estimates.
- Working knowledge of applicable Texas laws and regulations.
- Perform task and project management assignments associated with environmental assessments subsurface investigations and remedial designs remediation and monitoring projects.
- Project deliverables including the preparation of soil boring logs well construction diagrams potentiometric surface maps geologic cross sections site sample and plume maps work plans and reports.
- Experience interacting with clients and managing subcontractors. Ability to mentor and train staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills positive attitude and ability to work both independently and within groups.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
