Business Planning Internship

• A background in Business Administration Retail Management Business Intelligence E-Commerce Digital Business Computer Science or a related field is a plus

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong research technical and analytical skills and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

• Strong project management skills and ability to bridge between business and technology

• Proactive upbeat attitude with passion for e-commerce retail sport fashion

• Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications and understanding of their business models

• Eagerness to be an active part of the team ability to take ownership and curious to learn new things

• Pro-active sense of responsibility and can work independently

• A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports fitness or movementwhether through participating watching or simply staying active

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST

• Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution)

• Be available for a 6-month fulltime (40h/weekly) internship starting February 1st 2026

• Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus Colosseum 1 1213 Hilversum (NL)

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level) regardless of your nationality.

• You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level in the Netherlands.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

WE HAVE MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE ACROSS

• Demand Planning

Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to forecast demand and drive business decisions

• Supply and Inventory Planning

Optimizing supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to meet customer demand

• Business Planning

Developing strategic business plans to drive growth profitability and market share across Nikes EMEA region

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Business Analytics Intern youll play a key role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data analysis and insights. Depending on the position previous business analytics interns have worked on:

• Developing and applying advanced forecasting techniques to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions

• Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends opportunities and challenges

• Building and maintaining reports dashboards and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance Merchandising and Sales to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions

• Developing and improving analytical skills and knowledge of various professional analytics reporting planning and communication tools
