Job Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery setting in Bushey. We are seeking a passionate and committed Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the Pre-School team.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality learning experiences ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and work closely with parents and colleagues to support every childs development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS and Montessori principles
- Observe assess and record childrens progress
- Maintain a safe caring and stimulating environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the needs of all children
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive caring and enthusiastic approach
