Job Description:
Analyst specializing in enabling design development deployment and operational support of Ariba functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives ensuring system stability and performance for production systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design configure and test the SAP Ariba module providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for the SAP Ariba module ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the implementation and ongoing support of production planning functionality for large SAP implementation projects including system upgrades enhancements and new module rollouts.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications and process flows.
- Develop RICEF (Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements.
- Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for the SAP Ariba module provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
- Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Ariba management with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the SAP Ariba and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration.
- Strong technical background in business operations tools and processes.
- Experience working within ERP applications with emphasis on master data governance.
- Exposure to project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $68000- $126000. The salary range for this role in New York state is $77500- $ is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
