Senior IT Manager - Supply Chain - BeNelux

Working together in a team of local IT Business Partners you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business is engaged and involved in executing the local IT roadmaps within the Customer service and Supply chain organization. You will provide us with business process and technical expertise and be our single point of contact for ensuring that the end to end IT Services are delivered successfully. We believe that you are not afraid to challenge existing Business Practices and drive value based changes through technology.

Belgium Netherlands and Luxembourg are happy to represent a significant portion of the total FBN Business Unit which can translate into up to 10 IT projects (50k - 1M Euro size) per year is being requested/implemented within the Customer service and Supply chain area which will require oversight by this role. The role will also support the Profectus Extended Warehouse Management transformation of the BeNeLux region. We expect you to become a part of our family as an accepted and valued partner into the BeNeLux CSSC Business.

You will report to IT Lead of Netherlands and have a dotted line to IT Lead of BeLux in addition you will be part of our global multi-cultural IT organization working within a matrix environment building collaborative relationships with all IT functions in order to drive a successful technology journey for the BeNeLux CSSC organization.

What youll do

• Contribute to defining and delivering the IT strategic roadmap for the BeNeLux CSSC function including key transformation initiatives e.g. Profectus
• Consult and advise BeNeLux CSSC teams on IT related services capabilities and innovations
• Take leadership and be accountable for the value delivery through IT Services in the BeNeLux
• Collaborate with central functions across IT such as Strategic Business Solutions Solution Delivery Service Delivery Profectus
• Learn from other Business Units and share best practice to leverage synergies
• Be able to prepare business analysis and take decisions on business cases together with the business
• Be an active member of the FBN Business Partner community
  
  

What youll bring

• More than 5 years experience on the job ideally experience of project management and/or leadership experience with technology driven projects in supply chain domain
• Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch language (French is a plus)
• Experience with working within a matrix environment
• Good understanding of factory and warehouse processes and knowledge to support the business on streamlining
• Experience on conception of ideas and in the development of those into IT systems
• Experience in driving Change Management
• A bonus would be knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management technologiesand SAP S4/HANA
  
  

Other than that we believe that you are a very good communicator and are able to turn complex information to visual and understandable information for different audiences. You are great at managing time and setting priorities. You should have the ability to understand the BPT roadmap for BeNeLux CSSC organization having the ability understand the business strategy for BeNeLux. You need to be able to implement and drive technology related changes.

Location of the role is hybrid with a possibility of 2 days a week working from home. Some business travel will be needed in the region especially during peak project times.
