Provides coordination and supports assigned IT projects.
Assists the Project Manager with managing project workflows and lifecycles; ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Monitors and documents team activities.
Participates in meetings and identifies additional follow up needs.
Develops analytic reports for team members that assess or quantifies the status of the project.
Provides general administrative support to the project managers in creating project sites; stores project documentation in appropriate sites identifies projects with deficient up with project managers to ensure all appropriate documentation is in place; monitors calendar sets up meetings makes travel and/or meeting arrangements enters time and filing expense reports.
Provides any other ad hoc ad support to project team such as; technical or administrative activities.
