- Role: Senior Event Activation Strategist
- Duration: up to 8 weeks (9/22 - 11/14)
- Location: Remote
- Hours: estimating 50 hours total
- Hourly Rate: $85
About the Role
We Are Rosie is seeking an experienced Event Activation Strategist to help us concept and guide the creative direction for our conference booths with the first one taking place in November. This role will lead the strategy behind our booth experiencedeveloping a cohesive theme interactive elements and swag that reflect our brand while engaging attendees in meaningful ways. The strategist will also ensure the booth design and activation approach can be repurposed for multiple events throughout 2026 avoiding one-off builds.
What Youll Do
Develop an overarching theme and creative strategy for We Are Rosies booth.
Concept interactive experiences and engagement tactics that drive traffic and conversations.
Recommend swag and giveaways aligned with our brand and values.
Build a strategy that is modular and scalable ensuring activations can be adapted for future sponsorships/events.
Partner closely with an Event Designer to bring ideas to life visually and physically.
Guide We Are Rosie through best practices and potential pitfalls ensuring a smooth first-time booth execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful implementation of initiatives
Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in event strategy experiential marketing or brand activations.
A portfolio of past booth/event strategies that demonstrate creativity scalability and measurable impact.
Strong understanding of conference attendee behaviors and what drives engagement.
Ability to think strategically and practicallybalancing bold creative with realistic execution.
Experience partnering with design and production teams to deliver seamless activations.
