Advancio is building a new AI-driven product and delivery studio focused on the insurance industry.

You will be the first engineering leader within our DevStudio responsible for delivering AI/ML and digital transformation projects while building the team processes and technical foundation of our new product and services division.

This role blends hands-on engineering architecture and early leadership. You will work directly with the CEO and have influence over the direction of our tech product and delivery strategy.

Requirements

47 years engineering experience (software data or AI/ML)
Strong architecture fundamentals (cloud APIs integrations data flows)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools LLM integration or automation work
Experience working in delivery consultancy or project-based environments
Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to execution
Excellent communicator who can talk to both engineers and clients

Nice to Have

Insurance industry experience (claims underwriting MGA/MGU carrier)
Experience in digital transformation or enterprise modernization
Prior leadership experience (tech lead team lead or similar)
Startup consultancy or ex-FAANG pedigree (or equivalent quality)
