Job Summary
Cordia Resources is seeking a Revenue/Billing Accountant. This role will support billing operations contract compliance and revenue recognition as well as assist with month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytical and able to manage high-volume processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage billing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing
- Review and monitor contracts for compliance with billing and revenue terms
- Support revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations related to revenue and billing
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing or revenue discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
- CPA candidate a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Prior experience in billing revenue accounting or contract compliance preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
