Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead global product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with business product owners
Drive technology-enabled transformation programs and co-own business outcomes
Maximize product line value through lifecycle ownership and continuous improvement
Shape long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals and customer experience
Partner across DDIT functions to deliver high-quality services and seamless engagement
- Manage program project and product delivery with accountability for business value
Influence investment decisions and ensure risk ownership across operations and transformation
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
Strong ability to influence without direct authority across global teams
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital solutions in a multinational environment
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and strategic planning
Expertise in leveraging technology to drive business transformation and customer value
Skilled in financial modeling business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Youll receive:
