About the Role

As a Repair Assistant youll support our experienced technicians on jobs help prepare materials and tools handle basic paperwork and interact with customers. This is a great way to break into the trades gain hands-on experience and grow into more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in repairs on shingle and flat roofs including TPO and siding repairs
Load tools and materials onto the truck each morning and clean it out at days end
Help complete basic job paperwork and logs
Support customer communication and on-site coordination
Follow the production schedule and arrive on time to all job sites
Lend a hand around the office when needed
