A Day in the Life

As a Logistic Operator you will play a key role in ensuring that life-saving products are delivered accurately and on time.As a Logistic Operator you are responsible for the accurate and timely handling of medical devices and components within our warehouse. Your role ensures that products meet strict quality and safety standards from receipt through to delivery.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Prepare and dispatch shipments to clients or stores following the required specifications.
- Ensure that shipments are properly documented labelled and packed.
- Always Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. 6S lean projects).
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues team leads and support departments.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Good communication skills (B2) in English.
- Ability to walk frequently throughout the day handle materials operate warehouse equipment.
- Accurate and quality minded.
Preferred:
- Experience in logistics warehousing or order fulfillment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse systems (e.g. SAP WMS).
- Experience with medical devices or in a highly regulated environment.
