The Program Manager - Transformation is responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives within the organizations broader transformation agenda. This role combines deep expertise in program management with specialized knowledge in transformation disciplines to drive successful outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President - Transformation this position plays a crucial role in translating strategy into actionable programs while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage large organization-wide cross-functional projects or initiatives bringing together important stakeholders to help drive decisions and progress.
- Activate the company strategy by partnering with stakeholders to communicate and implement change across the business.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including timelines resources dependencies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with cross functional business leaders to create and deploy processes and tools that drive market leading service while ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Demonstrate exceptional influence and relationship-building capabilities to effectively guide and motivate cross-functional partners who have competing priorities and primary responsibilities outside of transformation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams to deliver program objectives.
- Champion change management strategies to support program adoption.
- Create and maintain program documentation including status reports and executive updates.
- Identify and resolve program obstacles and bottlenecks.
- Provide thought leadership to stakeholders.
- Execute with urgency and personal accountability taking direct ownership of critical initiatives and a hands-on approach to drive rapid measurable results.

Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Relevant certifications in change management or project management beneficial
Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one transformation discipline
- Track record of successful stakeholder management across organizational levels
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends
