Job Summary
Actively manage a prioritised backlog of performance improvement initiatives driving investment cases from discovery to scale
Run experiments to validate SEO performance hypotheses including SEO A/B tests and custom frameworks
Leverage your technical and analytical expertise to identify performance improvement opportunities acquiring data where necessary and combining datasets to generate new insights
Coordinate the delivery of SEO initiatives liaising with Product Tech and other stakeholders
Collaborate with Analysts Data Scientists and Data Engineers as needed
Maintain SEO performance awareness by monitoring and reporting on relevant indicators using insights to inform initiatives
Represent your area of responsibility effectively in cross-functional settings
Own and report on quarterly objectives at both team level and to senior stakeholders
Qualifications :
Strong analytical capability and expert-level SEO subject matter expertise
3 years of experience in (Enterprise) SEO (e.g. travel e-commerce companies)
Proven track record in project management and a strong ability to prioritise daily operational tasks
Advanced user of tools for all main SEO research reporting and diagnostic use cases (e.g. keyword research competitor analysis bot analysis scraping auditing traffic analysis analytics etc.)
Detailed understanding of datasets relevant to the SEO ecosystem
Basic proficiency in SQL and Python
